How are the results used?
|How the results are being used||The results have been used to provide feedback to a range of people, i.e. Heads of Service, Clinicians, Support Workers and Administration staff within the service, Directorate Manager of Specialist Services and our patients. As a result of this survey we identified that certain aspects of communication with our patients could be improved. We have therefore altered our practice during the assessment of patients to explain why we need a range of information from them which may not seem relevant to their treatment. We have also produced a leaflet about our service which is designed for patients and the general public.|
