Herefordshire Council, together with partner organisations is proposing to refurbish the Buttermarket to enhance its important role as the premier shopping destination in the city. This consultation will involve establishing the current use of the market and looking at how this can be improved. The consultation will also look at the design of the building and look at ideas of how it should look in the future.
